Bewaard het document ergens waar u het weer kunt terugvinden en ga verder naar “Voor Beide” In Firefox: Voor de veel sneller Firefox, Mozilla browsers (beide gratis de downloaden), suggereren we we een iets andere procedure. Daarin moet u eerst de webpagina bewaren. In het algemeen, wanneer u een webpagina bewaart, wordt er automatisch door het programa een directory gemaakt waarin de bij de pagina horende beelden worden opgeslagen. Voor het printen van een soortenlijst of een tekst hebt u dat niet nodig. Daarom raden wij aan de webpagina te bewaren als: “Alleen webpagina, alleen html”. In OpenOffice kunt u die pagina direct openen. In MSWord moet un naar MS Explorer gaan en het document openen met den rechter klik op de ikoon, en « open met” en selekteer MS Word. Ga dan verder zoals beschreven voor OpenOffice en ga verder naar “Voor Beide” Voor Beide: Veel van onze tabellen staan nu op het Net zonder lijnen. Voor veldgebruik zijn de lijnen handig. Daarom suggereren wij dat u de tabellen dusdanig formatteert dat de lijsten lijnen krijgen en dat de rijen op maat worden bijgesteld zodat ze op een A4tje passen. U kunt verder nog:
